At Hotmess Mama, every piece is made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind.

Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing — we truly want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.

We will gladly make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
